Zoolabees Dollhouse Miniatures Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges for standard delivery will be added to your purchase based on the total weight of your order. Our shipping and handling charges will be reflected in your total during the checkout process.

All items are new and shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Domestic Shipments

During the checkout process, you will have the option to select a shipping method. United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service are the two primary shipping methods offered for domestic shipments. If USPS is selected, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending upon weight class. UPS shipments will be shipped according to the service option that you have selected. A physical shipping address must be provided as UPS is unable to deliver to addresses that contain a post office box. Please note that UPS may be the only shipping method available for certain items that exceed a designated weight limit (such as dollhouse kits).

Orders for items that are in stock usually ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order. Zoolabees Dollhouse Miniatures cannot be responsible for delays due to shipper transit times.

International Shipments

During the checkout process, you will have the option to select a shipping method. If USPS is selected, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International, depending upon weight class. UPS shipments will be shipped according to the international service option that you have selected. Shipping and handling charges do not include import duties, taxes or additional charges; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of orders shipped to any location outside of the United States. Zoolabees Dollhouse Miniatures cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and transit times.

Drop Shipping

To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship some products directly from the manufacturer or distributor to our customers. We call this type of shipping “drop shipping.” We will always notify you via e-mail if any of your ordered items are drop shipped.

Backorders

Typically, if any items in your order are out of stock, we will hold your entire order until all items are in-stock. Typically, most backordered items will become available within 1-2 weeks. At your request, we can ship in-stock items immediately and place out-of-stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. We will always notify you via e-mail if any of your ordered items are backordered.

Cancellation Policy
