Zoolabees Dollhouse Miniatures Return Policy

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal at Zoolabees Dollhouse Miniatures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date*. The original shipping costs of the product are non-refundable.

*Dollhouse kits manufactured by Real Good Toys are subject to a 20% restocking fee when returned for reasons other than damage to the inside contents of the shipping carton.

To Request a Return

Contact our customer service department at customerservice@zoolabees.com and request a Return Authorization Code for your order within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be sent a return authorization code by e-mail. Please include a copy of your e-mailed return authorization code as well as your name and address when returning your order. Customers are responsible for return postage.

We will notify you via e-mail once we have processed your return. Returned items will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Return of Holiday Purchases

Purchases made between November 1st and December 25th will be accepted for return up to 30 days from December 25th or 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever is longer.

Receipt of Damaged Items

All of our items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping. In the rare event that your item arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately via e-mail at customerservice@zoolabees.com so that we may promptly remedy the situation.

Dollhouse kits ordered via our website should be carefully inspected upon arrival. If the package appears damaged and looks like inside contents are missing, you may choose to refuse it. Please ask UPS to make a record of boxes which are crushed, slashed or smashed. If it appears to be “box” damage only, please keep the package and contact us at customerservice@zoolabees.com so that we may correct the situation.
